FROM CLUB TO DISCO - GOLDEN TULIP MIRROR BALL

Disco in the 70s, 80s and 90s was brought back in full force at the Golden Tulip Mirror Ball, held at the end of every month at the Golden Tulip Hotel.

The second edition was made even more special with the dress code of white tops and blue jeans. Afros, bell bottoms were kind of patronized, and the crowd was very mature – a host of our older citizens, nostalgic for their wild days. But it was also patronized by the younger generation with love for the old school, as well as, foreigners. The crowd on Saturday had a few people all the way from the Caribbean.
The Golden Tulip Mirror Ball was a concept developed by Dj Blow and who decided to solve the problems of no mature, less rowdy places for the older Ghanaian crowd to simply chillax. Thus the Golden Tulip Mirror Ball provides for them the  music from their hey days, and a classy place to enjoy it.

DJ Blow, a DJ for about twenty years, knows how to spin and slide his audience and send them back into the past.

Alright! Let’s electric slide ourselves to oblivion!
