MOVIE PREMIER - ADAMS APPLES CHAPTER 3

Chapter 3 of Adams apples has finally been released, entertaining the audience with more and more revelations about the Adams Family snd the people connected to them. However, as pieces are given to us to fix what began as a puzzle, new mysteries evolve and throw us completely from predicting what may happen.

In this chapter, Mrs Doris Adams (Ama Missah) is intent on making up for the years lost with Albert Amankwah (Adjetey Annang) and doing everything right by him. In the previous chapter, she has righted the problem of the possibility of him losing his house. In this chapter, she gives him Gh c 50,000 and invites him to a fancy dinner at her home, of course, with her self-invited daughters.

Baaba Adams (Yvonne Okoro) is still fighting hard for the divorce and custody of her daughter. A new angle is however developed in flashbacks of her past. There are revelations of a past relationship with Eric (Senanu Gbedawu), who seems to be in a shady business, Baaba's dismissal from the Bank where she previously worked and the conditions behind her marriage. A new scandal is developed in that there are unspoken hints of the legitimacy of her daughter. Is she really for Chris?

Jennifer Adams (Joselyn Dumas) continues to entertain with her sharp mouth and bossy presumptuous ways. She completely misconstrues a situation and plans a "family intervention" to "save" her mother from a ""boy toy" who may have plans of stealing her money. She continues to insult and push away Gerald who she does not hesitate to remind of his "youth". However, bythe end of the chapter, she calls him for a "grown-up screw".

Kukua Adams (Naa Ashorkor) is no longer the fiery banshee wailing the death of her love for Denu McCarby (John Dumelo) She has calmed down tremendously and accepted her love for him and strives to be nicer. However, her plans are thwarted by another girl, developing on his arm. Jealousy drives her to seduce his brother, Chidi (Fiifi Coleman) once again out of desperation.

The drama in the lives of the Adams Family is interspersed with great traditional hi-life. There is also a display of incredible fashion pieces, which like the hi-life, boasts of the beauty of Ghanaian arts in its use of the traditional cloth in many creative ways. The houses, spas, lifestyle are incredibly high class and not what the average Ghanaian can relate to. However, there is the existence of that section of Ghanaians so it could possibly pass off.

It is truly a movie of Shirley standard, thus a movie of good quality for all.
